Reagan Shivitz, RN, BSN

Reagan Shivitz brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for patient care to her role as Nurse Manager at Sands Health’s Bellaire location. With extensive experience in neurology, neuromuscular care, and acute inpatient settings, she is dedicated to providing exceptional care and fostering meaningful connections with her patients. A fifth-generation Houstonian, Reagan grew up in the Memorial area and now resides in Bellaire. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas, she returned to Houston, drawn by the opportunity to work in the world-renowned Texas Medical Center. She is a licensed Registered Nurse, CPR certified, and trained in ultrasound-guided IV access, ensuring her patients receive the highest standard of care. Reagan’s nursing journey has been shaped by a desire to create lasting connections with her patients while continually learning from their experiences. “The patient knows themselves best,” she says. “What I learn from each experience is invaluable. A listening ear, a safe space, and a helping hand can leave a lifelong impression.” Her professional career includes time at Houston Methodist, where she cared for a complex neuromuscular patient population. Reagan’s clinical interests span neurology, neuromuscular conditions, ENT, and plastics. Joining Sands Health has allowed her to expand her expertise into the infusion and pharmacy space, where she provides life-changing treatments for patients with rare neurological and autoimmune diseases. She is particularly motivated by the opportunity to deliver innovative therapies while maintaining a strong focus on compassionate, patient-centered care. Outside of work, Reagan enjoys tennis, pickleball, live music, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on her beloved Arkansas Razorbacks. Reagan’s commitment to compassionate care, combined with her extensive knowledge and experience, makes her an invaluable part of the Sands Health team. She is honored to contribute to life-enhancing treatments and ensure that each patient feels valued, heard, and supported on their journey to better health.

Sara Delao, RMA

Registered Medical Assistant, Sands Health

Sara Delao is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Medical Assistant at Sands Health’s Bellaire location. With a deep commitment to patient care, she values the opportunity to connect with each patient on a personal level, ensuring they feel supported and at ease throughout their treatment. A graduate of the Texas School of Business with honors, Sara has always been passionate about healthcare. She was drawn to Sands Health for the opportunity to provide one-on-one care, where she can build meaningful relationships with patients and play a direct role in improving their well-being. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Sara takes pride in ensuring that every patient feels heard, understood, and comfortable during their visits. She believes that even the smallest gestures—offering a kind word, a warm smile, or a listening ear—can make a lasting impact. Originally from Alvin, Texas, Sara has lived in Houston her entire life and now resides in Pasadena with her husband and four children. Outside of work, she enjoys tending to her vegetable garden and caring for her ten foster dogs, finding joy in nurturing both plants and animals. Sara is honored to be part of the Sands Health team, where she can continue her passion for patient care and help create a welcoming, supportive environment for every individual who walks through the doors.

Shahbuddin Mukardamwala, MD

Medical Director, Sands Health Infusion Clinic – Bellaire Location

Dr. Shahbuddin Mukardamwala is a board-certified neurologist who has been practicing in Texas since 2013. As Medical Director of Sands Health’s Ambulatory Infusion Center in Bellaire, he leads with a strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care. Dr. Mukardamwala earned his medical degree from N.H.L. Municipal Medical College at Gujarat University. He completed his internship at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and the James J. Peters Bronx VA Medical Center, followed by a neurology residency at the University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville. He further specialized with a fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center – School of Medicine. Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Dr. Mukardamwala is known for his thoughtful, evidence-based approach and clear communication with both patients and clinical partners. In his leadership role at Sands Health, he supports a collaborative, patient-first model of care—ensuring that patients have access to safe, timely, and innovative infusion therapies in a comfortable and compassionate setting.

Kelsey Williams, MS, RD

Houston Infusion Clinic – Bellaire Location

Meet Kelsey, MS, RD Territory Infusion Manager. She was born and raised in Katy, Texas and received a Bachelor of Science at Texas A&M University and a Master of Science at Texas Women's University. She is a Registered Dietitian and has worked in the healthcare field since 2013. She started her career as a dietitian at Texas Children's Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine. She moved to sales in 2016 and has enjoyed building relationships with different practices and medical care providers. Kelsey was drawn to Sands Health after hearing how their pharmacy and nurses take care of their patients with compassion, truly delivering patient-centric care! Outside of work, she enjoys time with her four children, barre classes, and spending time watching and playing sports!
